SIMULATION INFORMATION

WHO

Individuals/groups interested in participating in a Military Combat Simulation.  Attendees must be at least 13 years of age.

WHAT

ZERO HOUR will be an 8 hour Military Combat Simulation occurring over the course of one day. All participants will sign up to be on one of two forces, designated as ARMY and MILITIA. It should be noted that no EAG Combat Simulations’ (EAG) staff or members of EAG's special operations group (ESOG) will be participating exclusively on either force, thus giving neither force the "home court" advantage. Both forces will however, be observed by a group of advisors recruited from ESOG's cadre.  One commanding officer, one executive officer and two squad leader positions are available for each force and will be filled on a voluntary, first register, first serve basis.  Both forces will be tasked with completing various duties as instructed by force command and will be deployed to achieve a number of major and minor objectives throughout the course of the simulation. Squads will be regularly scheduled to rotate duties to insure that each squad has the opportunity to experience all facets of the simulation.  EAG staff and ESOG members will be on the field at all times during the simulation.  Their role will be simulation support.  It should be stressed that these individuals will not be competing to achieve objective points.  These individuals are strictly simulation support, their role is solely enhancement of the simulation and they are not eligible to win any awards or prizes associated with the simulation.

WHEN

ZERO HOUR will be presented three times over the course of the year:

  • Saturday, 26 May, 2007, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • Saturday, 21 July, 2007, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • Saturday, 01 September, 2007, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

All participants are encouraged to arrive as early as Friday evening, to in process and meet informally with their force.  Force leaders are required to do so.  All participants are also invited to stay for open play on Sunday.

All goggles must meet the following requirements:

Mesh goggles specifically designed for Airsoft are also permitted.

REGISTRATION

Due to popularity of our simulations and size constraints, EAG Combat Simulations is accepting a limited number of participants for each of the dates ZERO HOUR is offered.  Once these limits have been reached, all other funds received will be returned to the sender.  In an attempt to decrease the amount of time it takes to get things started on the morning of the simulation, we are streamlining the registration hour. As a result; the full registration fee is required AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance (12 MAY 2007, 07 JULY 2007, 18 AUGUST 2007) of the simulation date to reserve a spot on the field.  Individuals who pay the full registration fee but are later unable to attend the simulation will be issued a 50% refund only if notice is given prior to 2 weeks in advance of the simulation date.  The remaining 50% of the registration fee is non-refundable.  Interested parties may register by reading the simulation information, filling out the simulation registration form and paying the appropriate registration fee.   We accept cash, money orders, personal checks and Pay Pal online payment service.  We do not extend credit or accept credit cards.
